Connect your bank email

Cuanflow can record every transaction for you automatically — just forward your bank & e-wallet receipt emails to your private Cuanflow address. It takes about 3 minutes, once.

i This guide uses Gmail. The idea is the same for Outlook or Yahoo — just set forwarding to the same address. It's optional and private: only the receipts you forward ever reach Cuanflow, never your inbox or password.
1

Copy your private address

In the Cuanflow app, open Settings ⚙ → “Connect bank email” → tap “Connect my email”. Then tap Copy to copy your address. Always copy it — never type it by hand.

2

Add the address in Gmail

On a computer, open Gmail → Settings ⚙ → See all settings → “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” → click “Add a forwarding address”, paste your address, then Next → Proceed → OK.

3

Confirm — click “Proceed” on Google

Gmail emails a confirmation to your address. Cuanflow catches it and shows a “Open & confirm in Gmail” button — tap it. A Google page opens that says “Forwarding mail to …”. Click the “Proceed” button there.

! This is the step most people miss. Tapping “I verified” in the app does NOT confirm it — you must click “Proceed” on Google's page. After that, refresh Gmail and the “Verify…” line disappears.
4

Tap “I verified” in the app

Back in Cuanflow, tap “I verified”. The app moves on to the filter step.

5

Create a filter (forward only receipts)

So only receipts forward (not your whole inbox): copy the search query the app shows, paste it into Gmail's search bar at the top, click the filter icon → Create filter. On the next screen tick “Forward it” and pick your address → Create filter.

When a message matches your search: Skip the Inbox / Mark as read … Forward it u-0dcfd06…@in.cuanflow.site Create filter Tick this, pick your address
! Paste the query in the search bar at the very top — not the “From” field — or it becomes a broken “from:(from:(…” query.

That's it — you're done!

From now on, every new bank or e-wallet receipt is forwarded automatically and shows up as a transaction in Cuanflow within about a minute. Cuanflow doesn't import your email history — to add a past transaction, just forward that single old receipt to your address yourself.

i Tip: your address starts with a zero (0), not the letter “o”. Always use the Copy button so you never mistype it.
