01Definitions

“Source Data” means the receipt emails you forward to your private Cuanflow address. “Transaction Data” means the records Cuanflow creates from them. “Automated Processing” means the automatic extraction and categorisation of that data.

02Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Cuanflow.

03The Service

Cuanflow is a personal finance tool that turns the bank and e-wallet receipt emails you forward to your private Cuanflow address into automatically recorded, categorised spending. Cuanflow is an informational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

04Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cuanflow. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

05Acceptable Use

Use Cuanflow only for lawful, personal financial management. You may not:

• misuse, disrupt or interfere with the Service;
• attempt unauthorised access or reverse-engineer the app;
• use it to process data you have no right to access.

06Paid Plans & Fees

Core tracking is free for up to 20 auto-imported (forwarded) transactions; manual entry is always free. Cuanflow Pro is offered as a monthly (Rp 39.000 / month) or yearly (Rp 399.000 / year) subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

07Automated Processing & Accuracy

Automated extraction may not always be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing your records, and Cuanflow is not liable for decisions made based on them. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.

08Intellectual Property

Cuanflow and its content, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except to use the Service as permitted.

09Third-Party Services

Cuanflow relies on third-party service providers (such as our email-intake, hosting and processing providers) and on your banks and e-wallets. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuanflow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may stop using Cuanflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they may be brought before the competent courts in Indonesia.

01Scope & Consent

This Policy applies to all data we collect through Cuanflow. By forwarding your receipt emails to your private Cuanflow address, you give explicit consent for us to process your transaction data in order to provide the Service.

02Data We Collect

• Account data — your name and the email you use to sign in.
• Source data — the receipt emails you forward to your private Cuanflow address.
• Transaction data — merchant, amount, date and category extracted from those emails.
• Forwarded-receipt data (optional feature) — if you enable Email Forwarding Import, we receive only the receipt emails you choose to forward and extract merchant, amount, currency, date and category from them, plus minimal email metadata (subject, sender and message ID). See “Email Forwarding Import” below.
• Technical & usage data — device information and how you use the app.

03How We Use Your Data

We use your data to record and categorise your spending; show your dashboard, budgets and analytics; send budget alerts; process subscriptions; provide support; keep Cuanflow secure; and improve the Service.

04Legal Basis

We process personal data based on your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Cuanflow, and compliance with legal obligations.

05Email Forwarding Import

Email Forwarding Import is an optional, user-initiated feature. You can use Cuanflow without it, and manual transaction entry works fully on its own. If you enable it, we give you a unique, private inbound address (for example, u-…@in.cuanflow.site). You then set up a forwarding rule in your own email (Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo) to auto-forward your bank and e-wallet receipt emails to that address.

With this feature we only ever receive the specific receipt emails you choose to forward. We do not have access to your mailbox and never log in to your email account — unlike whole-inbox access, this is a deliberate least-privilege design.

From each forwarded receipt we extract structured transaction fields — merchant, amount, currency, date and category — together with minimal email metadata (subject, sender and message ID). This content may include your name or email address if it appears in the forwarded receipt.

To deliver and process these forwarded emails, the content is briefly handled by service providers acting on our behalf: Twilio SendGrid (receives the inbound email), an n8n workflow operated by Awraa.Tech (validates and routes it), and the Anthropic Claude API (extracts the structured fields). None of these providers use your data for advertising, and Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.

We keep the structured transaction and the minimal metadata above; we do not store the full raw email body in your account, and any transient copies held while processing are short-lived. To set up Gmail, Gmail emails a confirmation code to your private address; our pipeline captures that code so the app can display it for you to paste back, and the code is cleared once verification is complete.

You stay in control. Your inbound address is private and revocable — you can rotate or revoke it at any time — and you can stop the import entirely by disabling the forwarding rule in your own email. The stored data follows the same security, retention, sharing and rights terms as the rest of this Policy.

06Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and payments), and with authorities when required by law. Providers are bound to protect your data.

07Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect your information.

08Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where retention is legally required.

09Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, export and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us — we aim to respond within 30 days.

10Children’s Data

Cuanflow is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11Data Breach

If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify the relevant authority and affected users without undue delay — within 72 hours where required.

12Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

13Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
